| The goal of IPB's "Mini-Showcase Events" Is to take the tryout format and combine it with the Showcase format. Players will be thoroughly evalauted, but also have the opportunity to play in live games, which is the best way to evaluate!. In some cases a select group will play in a few lives games against Major League organizations. All players will have scouting profiles submitted on the (www.fivetoolprospects.com) web site. This will enable any professional scout, manager, coach or any other baseball representative to see and monitor a particular player. This certainly will lead to players being offered professional contracts along with other college and semi-professional opportunities. All event rosters will be emailed to each Major League scouting director and every professional Independent league team.Current Major League scouts, professional managers and coaches will work as staff members at each event. | ||||
