Started his career when he was drafted in the 1st round by the Toronto Blue Jays in 1981. One of the top player procurement people in Independent League baseball.
Eddie Dennis-Dennis, a native of the Dominican Republic, lives in Clearwater, FL. After being drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays organization in 1977, he played eight seasons of minor league baseball before moving on to coaching. From 1978 to 1985, Dennis, a second baseman, compiled an overall batting average of .261 in almost 3,000 at-bats in Class A and AA ball. Dennis left the Texas-Louisiana League after the 2000 championship season and returned to the Dominican, before coming back to Clearwater in 2002. Eddie acts as a Independent league scout and is the Director of his Baseball Academy in Clearwater, Florida. Eddie has come back to United League as the Field Manager for the Rio Grande Valley White Wings in 2009.
Les Lancaster- A former Major League Pitcher with the Chicago Cubs, Detroit Tigers and St. Louis Cardinals, Les amassed 41 wins and just 28 losses with a 3.96 ERA during his Major League career. Les is an exceptional instructor of Pitching mechanics and the mental approach to pitching, and his vast experience is an asset to the FFL team of professional instructors. Les's Reno Silver Sox were crowned 2006 Golden Baseball league champions and Les was also named manager of the year. He is beginning his 2nd season as the  new manager of the Sioux City Explorers in the Independent American Association League.

Charlie Sullivan- Is a current Milwaukee Brewers scout in Florida. A family history follows Charlie in the game as his dad was a longtime Pittsburgh Pirate scout. Adding on to his 20 years of Professional baseball as a Independent League manager and professional scout.

Chris Carminucci-Was a four year starter at LaGrange College in Georgia where he played third base and led the team in hitting in both his junior and senior year. In 1995, Chris was named team MVP and GIAC Player of the Year. Following graduation, Carminucci played four years in the minor leagues, spending time with the Tennessee Walkers, the Greenville Bluesman in Mississippi, the Evansville Otters in Indiana, and the Albany Southern Pines in Georgia. After his playing career ended, Carminucci was hired as an associate scout for the Kansas City Royals from 1999-2002. Last summer, Chris was an assistant coach for the Brewster (Mass.) Whitecaps of the prestigious Cape Cod League and was named assistant baseball coach by St. John's University in September 2003 to instruct hitting and outfielding. During his first season at the helm in '07, Toby completely re-built the Rascals with an entirely new roster from the previous season. With the talent expected to return for the Freedom in '09, Toby feels that all he needs to do is add a few pieces to the puzzle to compete for a Frontier league championship. Toby is currently the field manager for the Florence Freedom in the Frontier League.
